“La economía informal y el mercado laboral en la Argentina: un análisis desde la perspectiva del trabajo decente”.
The aim of this study is to explore, from a dynamic perspective, the impact of informality, analyzed in terms of teaching job deficit in the Argentine labor market structure. To this end, we estimate transition matrices, wage gaps and mixed finite models, to estimate the number of possible segments in this sector. The most relevant finding is the evidence found for the segmentation of the formal sector. The importance of this finding lies in its implications for a group of workers, unregistered workers, which remain under unfavorable working conditions.
